Isfahan Engineering Research Center (I.E.R.C.) was founded in 1985 for developing the required technologies for industry through applied researches and engineering design.

The experts of I.E.R.C. make use of state – of – the – art facilities of information service center, metallurgical lab , mechanical lab and electronic lab as well as different workshops of prototype manufacturing, assembly and die making to carry out great projects.
When a research scheme results in success , the pototype is made and then base on a scheduled programme the production line will be set up in one of the following affiliated corporations :

- The first grade for innovation from International Kharazmi Festival-1989.
- The second grade for research from International Kharazmi Festival-1990.
- The third grade for innovation from International Kharazmi Festival-1996.
